SmartGate is a non-intrusive cargo inspection system designed to provide real-time visibility. By strategically positioning itself above the dock gates, the system captures pictures of every passing pallet. These images are then processed by advanced AI algorithms to extract critical information, including: Dimensions: Precise measurements of each item, enabling accurate space utilisation and order fulfillment. Package Type: Identification of different package types (boxes, crates, bags, etc.) for better inventory management. Box Counting: Automatic counting of individual boxes within a pallet or shipment, eliminating manual counting errors. Cargo or Pallet Damage: Detection of any damage to the cargo or pallets during transit or handling, minimising losses and improving customer satisfaction.
