AlignList

AlignList is a specialized job discovery platform focused on AI training, data annotation, model evaluation, and human-in-the-loop roles. As frontier labs and infrastructure companies scale large language models and multimodal systems, demand for AI trainers, annotators, evaluators, and domain experts has grown rapidly. However, many of these roles are fragmented across LinkedIn feeds, third-party vendors, and distributed contractor networks. AlignList aggregates and structures roles from leading AI data and training ecosystems, including companies such as Scale AI, Mercor, Rise Data Labs, Micro1, and Surge AI, and research-driven labs building frontier models. We focus specifically on: – AI trainer and LLM evaluator roles – Data annotation and labeling projects – RLHF and model alignment work – Subject matter expert-based training tasks – Contractor and remote AI operations roles Our goal is to become the discovery layer for AI training work, improving transparency for candidates while helping recruiters gain better organic visibility and inbound talent flow.
