Why we built this
Paint-by-numbers kits have been around for decades — but they’re mass-produced, limited in subject matter, and often require shipping. We wanted to change that.
With modern browser technology — Canvas API, Web Workers, and clever color quantization — we realized it was possible to generate a custom paint-by-numbers canvas from any photo, instantly, without ever sending your image to a server.
So we built it. And we made it free for everyone.
