Each member shares what they’re working on, what they need and what they bring. All Along makes three curated introductions per member per cycle - each with a plain reason for why they should meet. Matching runs async and continuously throughout the year. Communities that run live events also get pre-event matches 48 hours ahead. After each cycle, managers receive an insights report showing who’s in their community and what’s on their minds - intelligence that no survey would surface, and useful for shaping services, programming and marketing.
